On Thursday Mason Hawkins pitched 1.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. The effort also marked the fewest walks (one) Hawkins has had since back in February. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his third in a row with less than zero earned runs. On the season, he has an ERA of 1.67 over 29.3 innings pitched.
