After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Peninsula, Silas was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They blew past the Olympic Trojans 11-1. The result was nothing new for the Rams, who have now won ten matchups by six runs or more so far this season.
Joey Schilling spent all six innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned run on six hits.
At the plate, Eli Lystra was incredible, going 1-for-2 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Cade Owen, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.
