Baseball Recap: Taconic Hills Beats Hudson for Their Fourth Straight Win

Taconic Hills waltzed into their game on Sunday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They walked away with a 7-4 win over the Hudson Bluehawks. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 4-1 back in April.

Maky Kirby was excellent, going 1-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Jacob Alvarez, who went 2-for-3 with two runs and one double.

Taconic Hills' record is now 11-3. As for Hudson, they dropped their record down to 9-7 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Taconic Hills will face off against rival Greenville at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Hudson is set to square off against their familiar foe Catskill at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
