Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Arlington). They took down the Haltom Buffalos 78-60 on Tuesday. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Colts with their most commanding win of the season.

The victory made it two in a row for Arlington and bumps their season record up to 12-15. As for Haltom, they dropped their record down to 6-14 with the loss, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.

Arlington will square off against South Grand Prairie at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. South Grand Prairie knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully Arlington likes a good challenge. As for Haltom, they will be playing at home against Lamar at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Haltom is facing Lamar at the right time seeing as Lamar is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
