Volleyball Recap: Greenback Takes a Loss

Greenback lost against Maryville Christian last Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Cherokees took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagles. The Cherokees have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Greenback's loss dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Maryville Christian, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 11-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Greenback will venture away from home to square off against Oakdale at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Maryville Christian, they will head out to face off against First Baptist Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
