Volleyball Recap: Bristol Eastern Takes a Loss

Bristol Eastern lost against Bristol Central back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Lancers lost 3-0 to the Rams.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-18, 25-10.

Leading Bristol Central to victory were Emalyn Kirk and Azaria Rochester. Kirk had 21 digs and two assists, while Rochester had ten digs and two aces. That's the most aces Rochester has posted since back in October of 2024.

Bristol Eastern's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Bristol Central, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bristol Eastern will challenge Farmington at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Bristol Central, they will square off against Lewis Mills at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The Rams are facing the Spartans at the right time seeing as the Spartans are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
