The Rangeview Raiders are taking a road trip to face off against the Denver North Vikings at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Rangeview has four straight victories, Denver North has three straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

While Rangeview's win against Mountain Vista wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Raiders narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Golden Eagles 71-68.

Rangeview's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Marceles Duncan, who went 9-for-15 on his way to 27 points along with six boards and four steals, and Archie Weatherspoon V, who posted 23 points and five assists. Those 27 points gave Duncan a new career-high. Aidan Perez was another key player, putting up ten points.

Meanwhile, Denver North lost 56-32 to Palisade on Saturday. The matchup marked the Vikings' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Denver North's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Rangeview, their win bumped their record up to 4-0.

Everything came up roses for Rangeview against Denver North in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, as the team secured a 94-40 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Raiders since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
