Argonaut was forced to take a big defeat against they on Tuesday, they got the better of them on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 7-1 margin over the Amador Buffaloes. This was a revenge game for the Mustangs: when they faced off against the Buffaloes on Tuesday, they had to take a 10-0 loss.
Marcus Scaife was excellent, going 2-for-4 with two runs and one double. That's the most runs he has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Grady Nash, who went 1-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.
