Volleyball Recap: Columbian Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Win

Columbian had won three straight games and Emma Daugherty did her part to make it four on Monday. The Tornadoes came out on top against the Ashland Arrows by a score of 3-1 for which the team can thank Daugherty, who had 11 digs and three assists. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in each of the last six games she's played.

When it comes to explaining why Ashland lost, don't look at Makenna Chandler. Despite the final result, she had 11 digs and one assist.

Columbian's win bumped their record up to 17-7. As for Ashland, they moved to 14-10 with that loss, which also ended their three-match winning streak.

Columbian has already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against Notre Dame Academy on the 22nd. Ashland does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
