Football Recap: Mifflin County Comes Up Short

Mifflin County played a tough match on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against the Hershey Trojans, falling 27-7. The Huskies have struggled against the Trojans recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Hershey had a senior duo take command as Cameron Sweeney rushed for 94 yards and one touchdown on only 11 carries and Samir Edwards-Pace rushed for 64 yards and one score. Edwards-Pace didn't just play on offense: he also picked up a sack and made one tackle.

Mifflin County's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Hershey, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.
