Basketball Recap: Pitman Takes a Loss

Pitman was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Wildwood Warriors, falling 69-17. The Panthers lost against the Warriors in their previous head to head back in January, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 54-25 score last time.

Wildwood pushed their record up to 2-0 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

Pitman will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Clayton at 5:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025. As for Wildwood, they will take on Lower Moreland in a tournament on Sunday.
