Jack Pryor was the offensive standout of the game as he scored 19 points. That's the first time this season that he scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of Asher Leonard, who scored nine points.
Meanwhile, South Park was the victim of a rough 61-35 defeat at the hands of Colorado Springs School on Saturday. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for South Park in their matchups with Colorado Springs School: they've now lost three in a row.
Vail Christian's win bumped their record up to 4-5. As for South Park, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.
Everything came up roses for Vail Christian against South Park in their previous matchup back in January of 2023 as the squad secured a 57-10 win. With Vail Christian ahead 37-4 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.
