Basketball Recap: Pace Beats Rustin for Their Third Straight Win

Pace waltzed into their contest on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came within four points of losing the streak, but they secured a 50-46 W against Rustin. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Setters' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 292nd, while Rustin are ranked 651st).

Pace's win bumped their record up to 13-4. As for Rustin, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-8.

Coming up, Pace will challenge Clinton School at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Rustin, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 57-42 loss against Lab Museum United on the 2nd.
