Softball Recap: Conneaut Comes Up Short

Conneaut fell victim to Edgewood and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 10-0 to the Warriors. The Spartans haven't had much luck with the Warriors recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Conneaut's defeat dropped their record down to 4-14-1. As for Edgewood, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-2.

Conneaut does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Edgewood, they have already played their next contest, a 7-6 victory against Streetsboro on the 19th.
