Great Crossing put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They took their contest on the road with ease, bagging a 84-39 win over Western Hills. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win Great Crossing has managed all season.
Vince Dawson continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 16 points along with seven steals and six assists. Those seven steals set a new season-high mark for him. Jeremiah Godfrey was another key contributor, scoring 18 points along with five rebounds.
Great Crossing pushed their record up to 6-0 with that victory, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Western Hills, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.
Great Crossing will take on North Oldham in a holiday battle at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday at. North Oldham has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 389 points over their last five contests. As for Western Hills, they will head out on the road to face off against Sayre at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
