Calvary Day wouldn't let Southeast Bulloch keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force three fumbles. It was truly a group effort as Brexton Bell, Walter Mathis Jr., and Cutter Powell picked up one apiece. Powell didn't just play on offense: he also forced a fumble and made 15 total tackles.
Meanwhile, Windsor Forest and Beach were almost perfectly matched up on Thursday, but Windsor Forest suffered a 22-21 defeat. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Windsor Forest might have lost, but man, Anthony Williams was a machine: he rushed for 78 yards and a touchdown on only six carries, and also threw for 139 yards and two touchdowns.
