Preview: Mountain Ridge vs. Herriman
The Mountain Ridge Sentinels are on the road again on Friday to play the Herriman Mustangs at 3:30 p.m. Mountain Ridge's last three matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
After a 5-3 finish the last time they played, Mountain Ridge and Bingham decided to play a little more cautiously this time around. Mountain Ridge fell just short of Bingham by a score of 1-0 on Wednesday. One thing that didn't help Mountain Ridge's chances was the red card they were dealt courtesy of Tait King.
Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last game, Herriman made sure to put some goals up on the board against Corner Canyon on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Chargers by a score of 4-2.
Mountain Ridge now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Herriman, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.
