Basketball Recap: Phoenix Day School for the Deaf Piles Up the Points Against Utah School for the Deaf & Blind

Phoenix Day School for the Deaf won the last time they faced Utah School for the Deaf & Blind and things went their way on Friday too. The Phoenix Day School for the Deaf Roadrunners took their contest with ease, bagging a 44-17 victory over the Utah School for the Deaf & Blind Eagles. The Roadrunners pushed the score to 43-11 by the end of the third, a deficit the Eagles cut but never quite recovered from.

Phoenix Day School for the Deaf found their leader in sophomore Donovan Etheridge, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Joseph Trent, who posted seven points and eight boards.
