Skyline came out on top against Lancaster on Friday thanks in part to the team's impressive six-run seventh inning. The Raiders had just enough and edged out the Tigers 8-6. This was a revenge game for the Raiders: when they faced off against the Tigers on Tuesday, they had to take a 7-3 loss.

With the victory, Skyline broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 9-7. As for Lancaster, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-7-1.

Coming up, Skyline will face off against Mesquite at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Raiders are facing the Skeeters at the right time seeing as the Skeeters are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Lancaster, they will square off against Duncanville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Tigers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Panthers and Pantherettes have averaged an impressive 7.1 runs per game this season.
