The Covenant School of Jacksonville Warriors will take on the Westside Wolverines at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Covenant School of Jacksonville is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.8  runs per game  this season.
Covenant School of Jacksonville took a loss when they played away from home  on Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed  on Monday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand Harvest Community  a   12-0 shutout. The high-scoring effort was just what Covenant School of Jacksonville needed considering they were shutout in their previous   match.
 Baker Holway and  Javien Strobridge made a big impact while hitting and pitching. Throwing,  Holway   tossed 1.1 innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Meanwhile,  Strobridge   struck out nine batters over  3.2 innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   two  hits (and not a single walk). At bat,  Holway  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 1-for-2, while  Strobridge  went 1-for-2 with one  triple, one  stolen base,  and two  RBI. Holway also put up a  hit, which washis first of the season.
 In other batting news,  Ryne Fennell and  Randy Parker did most of the damage at the plate:  Fennell  scored three  runs and  stole three bases while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances, while  Parker  went a perfect2-for-2 with one  home run, three  runs,  and three  RBI. Fennell is  crushing it when it comes to  stolen bases: he's   stolen at least one every time he's  taken the field this season.  Landon Jones was another key player,  scoring three  runs and  stealing a base.
 Covenant School of Jacksonville  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .607. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Harvest Community only posted  an  OBP of  .211.
 Meanwhile, Westside was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Wednesday as the team picked up their 13th straight  defeat  dating back to last season. They came up short against  Cedar Creek Christian, falling  23-7. That's two games in a row now that the Wolverines have lost by  exactly 16  runs.
 The  win  got Covenant School of Jacksonville back to even at 2-2. As for Westside, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
