Basketball Game Preview: Central Christian Saints vs. Gulf Pointe Latin Gladiators

The Central Christian Saints are headed away from home for the first time to challenge the Gulf Pointe Latin Gladiators at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Central Christian is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Snook Christian Academy just ended the team's four-game winning streak dating back to last season on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 50-48. The loss was the Saints' first of the season.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Gulf Pointe Latin). They took their match on Friday with ease, bagging a 64-35 win over Varsity Opponent.

The victory got Gulf Pointe Latin back to even at 3-3. As for Central Christian, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.
