Ben Davis came tearing into Friday's contest with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 31.8 points) and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victor by a 57-36 margin over the Jeffersonville Red Devils. The Giants have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Ben Davis was led to victory by Shania Curry and Aleia Sultzer. Curry went 5 for 12 on her way to 20 points in addition to eight rebounds and three steals, while Sultzer dropped a double-double on 18 points and 13 boards. The dominant performance gave Sultzer a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Aubri Ingram, who posted 12 points along with five boards and three steals.

Ben Davis' victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-8. As for Jeffersonville, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-7.

Ben Davis will head out to square off against North Central at 6:00 p.m. on January 10th. As for Jeffersonville, they will challenge Silver Creek at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
