Champlin Park put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the Andover Huskies with a sharp 9-3 victory. Nine seems to be a good number for the Rebels as the team scooped up a win with the same number of runs in their previous game.

Champlin Park pushed their record up to 4-0 with the victory, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.1 runs on average over those games. As for Andover, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Champlin Park is set to face off against their familiar foe Totino-Grace at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Andover will take on rival Maple Grove at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
