Nathan Mecham Game Report: vs Copper Hills

For the first time ever, Nathan Mecham turned in triple-digit receiving yards on Friday. He picked up 129 receiving yards and two TDs, but sadly Layton still had to take a 29-22 loss at the hands of Copper Hills. The performance beat out his previous best set last Friday, when he posted 49 receiving yards.

Coming up, Mecham and Layton will challenge American Fork at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Lancers will be headed into this one with a sizable disadvantage in the rankings (they're ranked 46 places lower in Utah), but they're not letting that get them down.
