Midland Valley hadn't done well against Aiken recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. The Mustangs beat the Fighting Green Hornets by a goal, winning 2-1. The victory was a breath of fresh air for Midland Valley as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.
