Basketball Recap: Ringgold Takes a Loss

Ringgold lost against Coahulla Creek back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Ringgold Tigers were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 38-37 to the Coahulla Creek Colts. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Ringgold's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-8. As for Coahulla Creek, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season.

When Ringgold and Coahulla Creek next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Ringgold will try to stop Murray County's 14-game winning streak when the meet at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Coahulla Creek will square off against Sonoraville and their nine-game winning streak at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
