After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Ruidoso, Dexter was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 23-3 margin over the Mescalero Apache Chiefs. The Demons' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

With the win, Dexter broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-4. As for Mescalero Apache, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Dexter wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 14-3 victory against Capitan on the 26th. As for Mescalero Apache, they have also already played their next matchup, a 0-0 win against Jal on the 28th.
