Volleyball Recap: Pacifica Takes a Loss

Pacifica was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Oxnard Yellowjackets. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Tritons of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-17, 25-14.

Pacifica's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Oxnard, their victory was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 5-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pacifica will head out to challenge Buena at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Oxnard, they will face off against Santa Barbara at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
