Baseball Recap: Stanton Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Stanton and Wolfson squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Stanton had to settle for second. They lost 13-3 to the Wolfpack. The Blue Devils haven't had much luck with the Wolfpack recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Jhai Mosley was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.

Stanton now has a losing record of 11-12. As for Wolfson, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-14.

Stanton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Wolfson, they will venture away from home to square off against Suwannee at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bulldogs will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something the Wolfpack surely won't give up without a fight.
