Softball Recap: Brandon Comes Up Short

Brandon fell victim to Clio and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Mustangs, falling 14-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Blackhawks of the 15-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2025.

Brandon has also been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season. As for Clio, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 9-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Brandon will square off against Swartz Creek at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Clio, they will take on Hartland at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
