Volleyball Recap: Hortonville Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Hortonville can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the Appleton North Lightning on Friday. The Polar Bears just can't catch a break and have now endured seven defeats in a row.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-6, 25-15.

Hortonville's loss dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Appleton North, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 16 of their last 17 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 32-7 record this season.

As of now, neither Hortonville nor Appleton North have any future games scheduled.
