Basketball Recap: Bald Eagle Area Takes a Loss

Bald Eagle Area was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 74-53 to the Huntingdon Bearcats. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Bearcats apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February.

Bald Eagle Area's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Huntingdon, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Bald Eagle Area and Bishop Guilfoyle will face off at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday without much rest having both just played. Huntingdon and Bellefonte will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Huntingdon's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
