Football Recap: St. Dominic Takes a Loss

St. Dominic and Troy-Buchanan squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but St. Dominic had to settle for second. They were outmatched by the Trojans and fell 48-20. The loss was the Crusaders' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, St. Dominic fell to 9-1. As for Troy-Buchanan, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season.

St. Dominic does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Troy-Buchanan, they will take on Fort Zumwalt West at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Jaguars' defense has only allowed 14 points per game this season, so the Trojans' offense will have their work cut out for them.
