Soccer Recap: Calipatria Takes a Loss

Calipatria lost to Borrego Springs back in February of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Hornets came up short against the Rams, falling 5-1. That's two games in a row now that Calipatria have lost by exactly four goals.

This is the second loss in a row for Calipatria and nudges their season record down to 1-6. As for Borrego Springs, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-7-1.

Coming up, Calipatria will challenge West Shores at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Borrego Springs, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 6-1 defeat against Vincent Memorial on the 22nd.
