Oconomowoc had already won seven in a row and they went ahead and made it eight on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Slinger Owls. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 last Saturday.

Greta Schreiber paced Oconomowoc's offense, picking up nine kills. Schreiber got some help from Elizabeth Kwiatkowski and her 26 assists.

Oconomowoc's win bumped their record up to 26-1. As for Slinger, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-9.

Coincidentally, Oconomowoc and Slinger will both be playing Cedarburg the next time they take the court. The Owls will head out to face the Bulldogs at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Raccoons will play them later in the day, at 11:00 a.m.
