Basketball Recap: Loudonville Comes Up Short

Loudonville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Fredericktown Freddies, falling 88-66. While losing is never fun, the Redbirds can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 770th, while the Freddies are ranked 281st).

Loudonville's defeat dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Fredericktown, the victory was the 11th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Loudonville will host Mt. Gilead at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Fredericktown, they will be playing at home against Danville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
