Softball Recap: Llano Comes Up Short

Llano lost against Ingram Moore last Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Yellowjackets came up short against the Warriors, falling 20-2. The Yellowjackets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Llano saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Emilie Clopton, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

Llano's loss dropped their record down to 8-16. As for Ingram Moore, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 12-11.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Llano is set to take on their familiar foe Brady at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Ingram Moore will challenge rival Florence at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
