Centerville won against Sigourney last Monday with 60 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Saturday. The Centerville Big Reds/Redettes were the clear victor by a 60-37 margin over the Chariton Chargers. The Big Reds/Redettes have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Centerville is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.5 points over those games. As for Chariton, they dropped their record down to 7-16 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Coming up, Centerville will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Des Moines Christian. Des Moines Christian will roll in looking for their 19th straight victory, something Centerville surely won't give up without a fight. Chariton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
