Volleyball Recap: Innovation Academy Takes a Loss

Innovation Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Gordonsville Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on September 9th.

The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-19, 25-19.

Innovation Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Gordonsville, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 15-1.

Innovation Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Gordonsville, they will venture away from home to face off against Stone Memorial at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
