After losing to Woodgrove the last time they met, Lightridge decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Lightridge Bolts narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Woodgrove Wolverines 54-52. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bolts.

When it comes to explaining why Woodgrove lost on Wednesday, don't look at Dane Marsh. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double on 25 points and ten rebounds. The matchup was Marsh's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Caleb Roach, who posted 12 points.

Lightridge now has a winning record of 2-1.

Lightridge didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 74-44 loss against Handley on the 14th. Woodgrove has also already played their next game, an 86-64 defeat against Riverside on the 13th.
