Basketball Recap: Buchanan Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Buchanan couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They fell just short of the St. Ignatius College Preparatory Wildcats by a score of 55-52 on Thursday. That makes it the first time this season the Bears have let down their home crowd.

Buchanan's loss dropped their record down to 27-6. As for St. Ignatius College Preparatory, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 22-8.

As of now, neither Buchanan nor St. Ignatius College Preparatory have any future games scheduled.
