Softball Recap: Sunnyvale Comes Up Short

Sunnyvale was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss. They lost 12-2 to the Caddo Mills Foxes. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Foxes this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-3 back in March.

Sunnyvale's record now sits at 1-18. As for Caddo Mills, their win ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 17-9.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Sunnyvale is set to square off against their familiar foe Wills Point at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Caddo Mills will face off against rival Farmersville at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
