Palm Beach Lakes scored the most points they've had this season on Thursday, but it wasn't enough. They took a hard 81-65 fall against the Mainland Buccaneers. The loss leaves the Rams without a win on the season.

Mainland found their leader in sophomore Kade Manley, who went 6 for 10 from beyond the arc on his way to 30 points and three steals. The contest was Manley's fifth in a row with at least ten points. Seven Simmons was another key player, going 6 of 12 on his way to 20 points.

Palm Beach Lakes' defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 0-7. As for Mainland, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-4.

Palm Beach Lakes wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 69-40 loss against Olympia on the 27th. As for Mainland, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 72-44 win against Cocoa on the 27th.
