Graham-Kapowsin found a leader in Brooklyn Pettit as the squad took down Pe Ell/Willapa Valley on Friday. Pettit was unstoppable, going 4-for-5 with one home run, five RBI, and two runs. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 5.5 strikeouts per game.

Pettit and Graham-Kapowsin are on the road again on Monday to play Olympia at 4:30 p.m. Graham-Kapowsin has some work to do to even out the 1-8 series between these two since April of 2019, but a win here would be a good start.
