Basketball Recap: South Burlington Comes Up Short

South Burlington lost against Champlain Valley Union back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The South Burlington Wolves took a hard 54-35 fall against the Champlain Valley Union Redhawks. The Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

South Burlington's loss dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Champlain Valley Union, their win was their 17th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-4.

South Burlington will welcome Bellows Free Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. South Burlington is facing Bellows Free Academy at the right time seeing as Bellows Free Academy is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Champlain Valley Union, they will take on St. Johnsbury Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. St. Johnsbury Academy will roll in looking for their 14th straight victory, something Champlain Valley Union surely won't give up without a fight.
