Soccer Recap: R-S Central Comes Up Short

R-S Central managed to keep up with Hendersonville until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Hilltoppers lost 7-0 to the Bearcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Hendersonville this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-1 back in March.

R-S Central has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-8-1 record this season. As for Hendersonville, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-1.

R-S Central has already played their next game, a 6-0 loss against Brevard on the 3rd. As for Hendersonville, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 5-1 win against East Henderson on the 3rd.
