Basketball Recap: Frontier STEM Drops Season-High Score on Guadalupe Centers

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Frontier STEM). They walked away with a 29-18 win over the Guadalupe Centers Aztecs on Thursday. This was a revenge game for Frontier STEM: when they faced off against Guadalupe Centers two weeks ago, they had to take a 44-19 defeat.

Frontier STEM's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-10. As for Guadalupe Centers, they dropped their record down to 1-6 with the loss, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.

When Frontier STEM and Guadalupe Centers next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Frontier STEM will face off against Midland Adventist Academy and their four-game winning streak at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Guadalupe Centers will try to stop Chesterton Academy of St. Philip Neri's three-game winning streak when the meet at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
