Soccer Recap: Mt. Baker Takes a Loss

Mt. Baker scored the most goals they've had this season on Saturday, but it wasn't enough. They came up short against the Lynden Christian Lyncs, falling 10-1. Mt. Baker haven't had much luck with Lynden Christian recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Mt. Baker's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Lynden Christian, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-4-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mt. Baker will venture away from home to challenge Burlington-Edison at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lynden Christian, they will head out to square off against Nooksack Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lynden Christian is facing Nooksack Valley at the right time seeing as Nooksack Valley is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
