Volleyball Recap: Masuk Comes Up Short

Masuk lost against Woodland Regional back in October of 2015 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Panthers fell just short of the Hawks by a score of 1-0. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Their offense was headlined by Addison Scott and Mia Tyler, who picked up three kills apiece. Tyler really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with six.

Masuk's loss dropped their record down to 17-10. As for Woodland Regional, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 15-5-1.

Masuk has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against New Milford on the 14th. As for Woodland Regional, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 1-0 win against Amity Regional on the 11th.
