Basketball Recap: Smithville Victorious

Smithville lost to Blue Mountain back in December of 2015, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Smithville Seminoles walked away with a 41-28 win over the Blue Mountain Cougars.

The victory got Smithville back to even at 7-7. As for Blue Mountain, their loss was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-13.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Smithville will take on Hamilton at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Blue Mountain, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Blue Mountain Cougars challenge the Jumpertown Cardinals at 6:00 p.m. on January 14th.
